NYT: Abu Ghraib Called Incubator for Terrorists
That's right folks. Some US commanders in I-wrecked are calling Abu Ghraib as a fantastic place to train for future terrorists...yes, fans....Jihad University! Talk about blowback in the near future. Thanks Chimpy!

American commanders in Iraq are expressing grave concerns that the overcrowded Abu Ghraib prison has become a breeding ground for extremist leaders and a school for terrorist foot soldiers.

The reason is that the confinement allows detainees to forge relationships and exchange lessons of combat against the United States and the new Iraqi government. "Abu Ghraib is a graduate-level training ground for the insurgency," said an American commander in Iraq.

1. And I hear the entrance requirements are minimal
You just have to be an Iraqi in the wrong place at the wrong time and bang, you're in...

2. Those are some very busy prisoners of war.

Between the rape and torture sessions the prisoners have time to forge relationships and exchange lessons of combat? Yeah, right after they recover from their gaping wounds and sexual assaults.

4. No better way to piss someone off than to torture them
Torture in our name...revenge upon us and future generations because a monkey has control of the knobs...Cheney needs to take Bush on a hunting trip.

3. I've often wondered what the squatter in the WH thought these
detainees were going to do once released. Did he think they were going to go on their merry way? Well, if they were neutral or pro-US before, they sure ain't now! Leave it to these criminals to really fuck things up, as usual.
