This is a repost - but I thought the info was good enough to repost and not seen by many DU'ers

Not knowing anything about guns and hearing of Cheney's accident I Googled - Shotgun Pattern Spreads - and found the following interesting sites that go into this info. I still don't have a grasp on this subject - but the following links are interesting and worth viewing - especially those of you that have experience with guns or hunting. Maybe you can tell us if anything in these links is worth more discussion.

1. Wow.. that first link had an ucky picture..

Those pellets make little "puncture" holes.. They look painful..
