1. Treasongate, wherein high government officials release classified information, ruin an intelligence operation re our current nemesis, Iran, by deliberately outing a covert agent as political retribution against, gosh, a "Truth-teller."

2. Constitution desecration, wherein NSA (and others) tore up that "piece of paper" and spied on citizens willy-nilly, possibly also as political terrorism. Here is the exact wording of the 4th Amendment:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
