figure this one out, back in Jan 05 I posted an analysis of the results of the 2004 election results, I got my info from the Maryland Board of Elections, Baltimore City has a Board of Elections but they only have the 2002 results not 2004 results. Well at that time, the Maryland Board of Elections showed George Bush rec'd 33,736 votes in Baltimore City now I went on there tonight and this is what I saw George Bush (winner) with 1,614 votes in Baltimore City
Unfortunately I am not a techno wizard and did not get a screen capture, could somebody please explain this one? I figured it out, it was the primary results, it is really hard use these sites.

to see if the vote total for him is still 33,736 votes, I will let you'all know. His numbers have increased from what was quoted in the Baltimore Sun on December 8, 2004. George Bush's final tally in Baltimore City was 36,230 votes according to the Maryland Board of Elections.

3. There was a post on DU today that Maryland Gov's Election was invalid |
|
because a FIOA Request had caused the release of Documents saying that voters had to vote on Diebold Machines were had not been CERTIFIED by the State of Maryland! This is a BIG DEAL...
It was posted here on DU...I'll look for it. Your Governor was elected by "improper voting." I wonder if this is a BIG NEWSTORY in your local papers?
Please post if it is...meanwhile I'll look for the article.

I will definitely go there, I wonder what this means in plain English, is the election invalid or does the State Assmembly just have to yell Whoops and run around Annapolis for an hour.

7. thanks it was a good article |

Maybe now we will get results, I would really like the City of Baltimore to post the elections results from the 2004 general election on their site, they have 2002 but not 2004, nothing to see here, please move on.
