? - Can a new Executive undo previous Executive Orders? |
|
I know that Bush has made a lot of executive orders, many of which pertain to secrecy and his official records and the official records of his father, which make them all but inaccessible for years to come. Anyway, can a new President come along and write an Executive order which UNDOES a previous Executive order?

they reverse the executive orders of the previous party's doing. I think Shrub nearly pissed himself undoing Clinton's, and putting in his own draconian orders.
