12. Boy, you must not see the same Lester Holt I do |
|
Last time I caught his act I was absolutely appalled by his brazen pro-GOP and pro-Bush bias. It stunk up the whole house.

David Shuster on MSNBC doesn't do a bad job, and I never see him praised around here.

I have to admit I don't watch him that often, but I haven't seen that. I will take your word for it. I actually have never really heard him do a very serious interview..mostly fluff. I have always liked his demeanor.

8. Yes, dozens and dozens |

Frank Rich, Nicholas Kristof, Hertzog, Krugman, Ian Fisher, Fisk, etc., etc, etc. Don't people read? Off hand, I have a harder time thinking of TV journalists that I trust.

11. Does foreign media count? |
|
And since BBC airs so much on public stations does the BBC count as a "foreign" news source? George W does not have the balls to be interviewed by John Humphreys or Jeremy Paxman. Sir David Frost is too soft IMO - though he joined Al-Jazeera (ready for their English language service) so he's OK. He was tougher in his earlier years, maybe he's just mellowed.
Sorry, maybe it's my bias but I've been brought up with the belief that if the BBC says it, it generally must be true.
Mark.
