Did GOP Congress sink the shiv in Bush this week? |
|
I'm beginning to think that Bush's own party has sent out the long knives and rendered him irrelevant (or worse) in order to position themselves for the Congressional elections, by setting him up on the Dubai deal.
He was always expendable. He just didn't know it. And now he is the ultimate patsy, with his supposed ace card turned into a liability.

3. I agree with you but there is a lot of resistance to this idea here. |

I think he is just "taking one for the team" and the Repukes will be back to kissing the hem of his robe after the elections.
When all the leopards in the jungle change their spots on the same day, one needs to be suspicious.
