Bush admin is cautioning everyone not to call what is going on in Iraq a civil war. It most definitely is. The Iraqi Civil War started yesterday.

sunni attack on a shi'ite mosque. i consider that the true beginning of the civil war unfolding. there have been many smaller attacks but this was IT.
