How many leaders of UAE that met with Osama are still in power??

There was a post a couple of days ago that mentioned the Defense Minister of UAE loved to go hunting with Osama and that a delegation was with Osama at one time and the US called off a strike against him because so many high officials from Dubai were with Osama bin Laden at the time. Are these same Osama "friends" still in power in UAE? Isn't that an appropriate question to ask at this time?
