1. no, besides the concept that the UAE is terrorism

if the UAE is a terrorist state, then why do we dock our navy there? it's the busiest US naval port in the world, after all. Why do we allow Emirates Air to fly into the US? Why, oh why, do we allow them to purchase billions of dollars of T-bills every year?

stop all that, if they are all terrorists. Perhaps we should invade?

wait, wait, I'll save everone the trouble: two of the 9/11 hijackers were UAE citizens; money was funelled through a bank in the UAE to fund them; and something about Clinton not killing bin Laden because of a hunting party thing.

it's getting hard to tell what is satire and what is outright ignorance these days, which if course makes the satire even better.

4. We docked in Yemen too

Our Navy docks in alot of dangerous places. That's what they're out there for. To keep danger from hitting us here at home. Nice thank you, they're out there putting their lives on the line and we leave the side gate open for a sneak attack.

This may not be quite the same as allowing an Afghan or Sudanese country to operate our ports, but the UAE operating them is alot closer to Afghanistan than it is to the UK.
