He sounds thoughtful and he's arguing from a deliberated and careful reasoning.
He won't let this be written off as a flavor of the week issue.
Moderates are the voting block that are most in play. Apathy and disgust at their respective parties can keep the base home but it's the moderates/swing voters that can cause a big shift in the political landscape.
Dobbs speaks to a very influential demographic.
