The Green of the Paki flag and the green, white, and red of India's flag.

* says he wants the Paki v India flash point of Kashmir to be settled .....
he wants to help too. So how long before India and Pakistan are @ war?

supposedly Chertoff dumped the color-code system, but I haven't heard what/if it's been replaced with anything

meanwhile - cable-spews stations have it listed as Yellow...

I think they should just go with a simpler system:
