Now they're worried about what the (Arab) world thinks?
Just clicking past Fox News and heard O'Reilly talking, saying something to the effect that remember that if we turn down the deal, the whole Arab world is watching.

I think his guest was the Newt.

Now I know what they say is all spin, said for effect.

And I, on the other hand, would want the world to understand that our feelings about the ports and the UAE isn't racist. First it is about another broken law by this administration run amok. Second it is about what the 911 report said about the UAE.

BUT, I do seem to recall the smirking, discounting, mocking tones of those on that side if any liberal ever made any reference to what the world thought.

As for preserving our alliances, yea Rummy et al were so very careful to do that with France among others in the runup to the war. Freedom fries ring a bell?

We just know that *'s close alliances with UAE, the Saudi Royals etc have nothing to do with oil or economics or the enriching of the already rich.

Oh yea.

:sarcasm:

Truly amazing however to hear O'Lielly spouting this about the world watching. How many times have we heard them say that our policies are not dictated by foreign interests or nations?

Hypocrisy has hit a new high.

:puke:
