H.R. 4192 Brown-Waite objects, Clinton a foreign agent?

I'm watching C-Span and the gentlelady from Florida would like to throw on the pile Clinton's dealings with Dubai and suggested he should register as a foreign agent and explain where 'the million dollars came from'. Is this more of the usual, "Clinton did it!"? Will this administration get away with not taking full responsibility for what happens during their rule?

acknowledged that maybe it can have a room for 'all the money from Dubai'. Their ratings are down, no one likes the port deal and no one will take responsibility for this global/the world is flat bullshit being AMERICAN policy, with nothing whatsoever (obviously) to do with party.
