Hillary Clinton or Bill Frist? |
|
For every right-wingnut who tells me that Hillary is a shoo-in for the Dem 08 nomination, I reply that Bill Frist has won every significant straw poll for the GOP.
Somehow, that pisses them off!
The prospect that that Schiavo-diagnosing, idiotic freakozoid would represent the GOP is unsettling to them.
But they insist Hillary is our "guy".
Is that fair?
Hillary would lose to McCain, but she could wipe the floor with that idiot.
Am I wrong?
I love bashing the fundie idiots, by the way...

2. In an honest election she beats Frist's pants off |
|
Neither one of them would be particularly great for the country long term, IMO.
Hil obviously being the more palatable choice.

4. Too much visceral Hillary hate out there |
|
It would be close enough for Frist to steal.
I know you Hillary fans would love the GOP to scrape the bottom of their barrel to find a candidate she could beat, but it's just not the case.
Sorry about that.

10. Why would they consider Frist a freakazoid. Aren't they pleased with him? |
|
Edited on Wed Mar-29-06 06:42 PM by LittleClarkie
He's as conservative as the current president. WE'RE the ones who think he's a freakazoid.
So why wouldn't they want Frist.

13. I hope Frist runs. I plan on voting for him the OPEN VA primaries. |
|
We need a really stiff guy with his credentials on the top of the ticket. Newt needs to be the VP nominee. I want to hear all about family values then.

14. Frist wins big, Clinton can't win anything outside some of the |
|
already blue states. The only chance she has would be if Condi runs, that would make a lot of the raciest Republicans sit out the election.

15. Sit out? They would be racing to the polls to vote for Hillary |
|
Barring someone like David Duke running as a third party candidate, that is.
