In light of W's dillusional address today, I highly recommend these videos and hope that you spread them far and wide. Google on David Walker's name and see how he's been speaking out across the nation. At least since 2002 that I can find. He's been proposing town halls to wake folks up. Too bad the thugs in the WH won't listen to him. If we don't do something NOW, we are all doomed. Some can be fixed, but we must act now. http://iopforum.harvard.edu:8080/ramgen/fr030606walker.rmhttp://www.law.virginia.edu/home2002/html/news/2006_spr/walker.htmhttp://www.bbc.co.uk/newsa/n5ctrl/progs/06/hardtalk/walker27mar.ramhttp://www.govexec.com/govexectv / look under fiscal challenges

2. "Before you can solve a problem," |
|
U.S. Comptroller General David Walker, the federal government's chief accountant, says the nation must make Medicare and Social Security solvent, control other spending and consider higher taxes. "The problem is so great that you have to do all three," he says.
Delay costs the nation more than $1 trillion a year.
"Before you can solve a problem," Walker says, "you have to admit you have a problem."
W is not going to admit we have a problem. His address today is evidence.
