How I welcomed Bush to Cincinnati today...
I began yesterday by decorating the parade route with mailing labels that you can download the word docs for here:

http://bushcheated04.com/flyers/

Today amid the pedestrian crowds, cops, and secret service I planted lots more labels at eyelevel whereever the crowds could see them. Due to the added security very slow moving lines were treated to THE WAR IS A LIE AND YOU KNOW IT and Iraq War: 200,000,000 a day; US Debt with China: Priceless

5. I am hoping to inspire others, mailing labels make it so easy to be the
media.

I have created 2 word docs for 1 3/4" x 4" mailing labels. Prints 14 to a sheet, 350 to a package, available for laser (5162) or ink jet (8162) printers, Avery brand from Staples, less than $10. Can be afixed at eye-level to metal utility poles, bus stop shelters, utility boxs, phone booths, shopping cart handles, inside of restroom doors, etc.

Download the files here:

9. I just posted below but
I wanted to tell you that you inspired me. I never thought of using labels with such an easy message. Great job. I'm going to make some.

13. Actually it is graffitists who gave me the idea, they are using free post
office labels, scrawling their tag and afixing them to the inside of the display windows of tabloid boxes. With secret service in town I did wear surgical gloves while afixing the labels since technically this is vandalism. Just look both ways before you do it. I did it right under the nose of cops and SS today.

23. Good thing you wore surgical gloves
The SS doesn't really spend the majority of their time protecting the lives of the POTUS and his family... Their primary concern is and always has been catching petty criminals who vandalize public property. :eyes:

39. Technically mailing labels are vandalism, so if they wanted to make
an example of me due to the political nature of the message vs. the vandal graffitists who scawl their unreadable tags with spray paint or with a sharpie on a mailing label they could if they find a fingerprint on my labels. Wearing gloves and smearing the label as you afix it should take care of that.

I noticed yesterday that many if not most of my labels have been removed from the display window of tabloid boxes that are no longer being used, yet faded graffiti tag labels on tabloid boxes are never removed. No matter, I have more labels.

people the labels they say they want to do it too.

14. Download my word docs here...
http://bushcheated04.com/flyers/

Buy some Avery 5162 or 8162 depending on if you have laser or ink jet. About $10 at Staples for 350 stickers.

You just tell Word what kind of Avery label you plan to print to and it gives you the right number of boxs to type your message into.

were stationed near the ballpark. I think choosing the perfect message for the 39% who still support this war is important. I don't think they care about dead Americans, dead Iraqis, Halliburton, etc.

I do think they care about being lied to and the cost of this war and the fact that it is deficit spending financed by China.

I have another flyer that uses quotes from military and CIA to show that this war has made us less safe. It is very wordy, so I tuck it inside books at the library and book stores:

It's called IRAQ WAR: What is it good for?

You can download it here:

Plus at 350 for less than $10 it's actually cheaper than photocopying 8.5"x11" at Kinkos

26. I get many supplies at this discount store when I happen to come
across some. I've gotten great deals on photo paper and postcards. Now I'm going to check for labels as the supply there changes all the time.

I love stealth! I do it in honor of Sophie and Hans Scholl of the White Rose Society in Hitler's Germany. So far we aren't risking death for our actions, but the patriot act 2 makes many more things punishable by death and the way * is going; who knows what may come in the future?

I love living on my feet. I don't do knees well at all.:hi:

OH Paper Runs Army Flack's Upbeat Iraq Blog
By Justin Rood - April 3, 2006, 2:02 PM
Here's a blog that raised my eyebrows a bit.

Over at the Cincinnati Enquirer's online site, Cincinnati.com, there's a blog about Iraq written by military staffer whose job is to generate positive news about U.S. efforts to rebuild Iraq.

Grandma in Iraq is the title of the blog, written by Suzanne M. Fournier, a Public Affairs Officer for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

The posts are largely upbeat. "Everytime an Iraqi contractor bids on a reconstruction project. . . it is a sign that democracy is winning here," reads one. "I am confident we'll have another banner year of success for the benefit of the people of Iraq and democracy in the Middle East," another says.

It's easy and fast. You can do it while you go about your daily life. I mostly do it on my lunchbreak downtown.
