Rush today tried to pin the immigration issue on "far lefties"
Saying that groups like ANSWER had hijacked the issue, and that the protests where people waved Mexican flags was going to backlash.

Funny, I didn't know George Bush was a far lefty.

After all, he's on the side of the illegal immigrants in this debate.

It just seemed like Rush was trying to distract from Bush's support of illegal immigration.

2. Please keep it up Rush!
You and the other blithering idiots that make up the Republican party have managed to chase 90-95% of the African-American vote into the Democratic fold. I look forward to you doing the same to the Hispanic-American voters.

3. Oh, nice try, drug-boy.
Republicans haven't touched immigration even as a national security issue since stealing the leadership in 2000 and 2004. And I guess Junior's guest program is a real problem for them too.

I realize these asshats chose immigration as their signature issue this election season, but Tancredo's scorched earth proposals will guarantee no Hispanic votes for the Republicans for a generation.

Thanks guys!

4. I had a scary realization in church on Sunday about why the NeoCons
and Bush want this Mexican immigration and to work to legalize the current illegal immigrants. Could it be that they are usually Catholic ( I too am a Catholic) and could he for see a draft into a civil service as a way to assure citizenship status (or a draft into the military). This would give Mr. Bush a Christian army to keep deploying into the Muslim holy land..... or maybe I just got to close to the incense during Mass???

ps

I believe something has to be done about teh immigration issue, but building a wall like Sensenbrenner (sp) want is just crazy.

5. So how much is Rush willing to pay in taxes for the sensebrenner
wall, extra military equipment and personnel and jail space? Til he coughs up a number he is willing to pay annually for these programs - and push that with his listeners - I will continue to yawn. The free lunch republicans like to keep spending our money and pretend that they aren't passing a HUGE bill along to the next generations. Of course Rush doesn't care, mr multidivorce doesn't have any kids - so he nor they won't pay for the tripe that he sells his listeners (and the bill he leaves for his listener's kids and all the rest of our kids and grandkids.)
