Oh but we haven't even declared war though that gives him a blank check. Nevermind.

And furthermore, he can violate our Constitutionally guaranteed 1st and 4th amendment rights he swore to uphold with complete impunity because he started a colossally disasterous illegal ongoing (long) war based on bogus intelligence (aka sheer stupidity .)

Okay . . .Did I get this right. . .? "

Now this week's edition is:

* committed treason by leaking & lying about a bogus casus belli. When someone who is an proven ace called him on the utterance of this fine little misnomer set forth in the SOTU of '03, he outs the ace's wife and trashes her 20 year career resulting in many, many deaths, but he can't be held accountable or scrutinized because we are at war (but not really) because he initiated military action based on bogus intelligence (aka sheer stupidity) thereby pissing off the entire world, though did so for national security. Makes perfect sense.

If I do this for many more weeks my head will truly explode. But nevermind. I probably will anyway.

Gee I used to think habeas corpus and civil liberties and the rule of law were really grand things. Silly me.
