Michael Brown last night
Saw him on HD Worldnet channel on Dish Satellite. The host asked him one last question. What would you have done differently handling Katrina? He said he would have tryed to lead and do his job.He was asked, do you have anything to say to the bush* administration? Yes, he said, they can "Bite Me".The president too? He said yes.

2. NO!!!!
Are you serious? (Or should I say "series?")

If so, this is huge! (Or should I say "HUGH!1!!!!1!!!")

I heard that one of the Parishes down that way hired him as a consultant to liaise between the community and FEMA. But if he did say that, why aren't we seeing it on KO and other programs? That's a priceless soundbite!

3. The Scapegoat
I'm actually sort of getting to like Michael Brown, just wish he'd push back a little harder. Guess he's waiting to see if he gets any Rerpublican consultation business.
he's a classic example of Republican scapegoating and knows it. The Bushies want to say it was all his fault but everything else was just fine. He had his faults but the real lack of leadership came from the White House, whoc spent the preKatrina days hiding from Cindy Sheehan

opportunity to "ease" him out.

He was probably shocked that he was getting the blame for everything that went wrong and seems to just now be recovering from that shock.

The tape of him trying to warn gwb of the horrific enormity of Katrina changed my opinion of him just a bit.

Instead of letting people die? How nice.
