I just checked http://www.sdvote.org/election/special.xmland it appears she is way out in front, with a 43% portion of the vote.

She will face a runoff against top Rep in June I think. No one made 50%

And I think she has a pretty decent shot at it.
In one of the most repuke districts in the country no less, you can smell the stink of republicanism from the highway there.

She will be in a run off with Bilbray, King and Griffith. The Reps got about 54% of the vote and the Ind only got about 1.5% We NEED this seat but I am just not sure...

And IIRC the runoff will only be between the top vote getter in each party, ie a two person race.
