Next time you spot a W sticker on a bumper ask the person to roll down the window. The exchange can go something like this.

you: "hey, there is a W sticker on your bumper"

them: "yeah, I know, I put it there"

you: "oh, I thought someone was playing a joke on you."

smile, then drive away.

Avoid trucks with gun racks etc.

Get one of those large magnetic signs made for your car, advertising a business for "Bumper Sticker Removal" and have it say something like "Deep Discounts for *W* removal" or something like that

You could drive up to the side of a car with a Dubya sticker, and have everyone in your car have fearful looks on their faces while pointing at the car with the Dubya sticker; when the driver of that car rolls down the window to see what's the matter with his/her car, you can shout, "Did you know that you have a Dubya sticker on your bumper!" :rofl:
