Just got a call from a woman representing the 21st Century Democrats in Washington, DC asking for a donation to help elect Democrats to Congress this fall. Has anyone else heard from them? Somehow, it sounded like a scam.

I ran a field campaign for a Congressional candidate for them in 2004. They are a great group, because not only do they help support populist, progressive candidates, but they help to train activists like me. I no longer work for them, but if you are considering donating to a group, this is a great choice.
