will he loudly proclaim that, due to Delaware's great showing, they're keeping him in the ring as the obvious alternative to John Kerry?

a distant second would keep him in the race. Joe would keep going, but where will his money come from?

He started at the top in this election cycle, and has gone steadily down since then. I believe him to be a good and decent man, although we disagree on a lot of issues.

I predict he will drop out tomorrow night. His rally, I understand, has been scheduled for his headquarters in DC, not in Deleware or another primary state. I interpret this as indicating they can read the handwriting on the wall.
