2. Their smearing of Mark Dayton is garbage. |

I wrote at: http://www.speakspeak.org/speak-blog/2006/04/16/time-magazine-feeds-the-public-garbage/Mark Dayton (D-MN) is my Senator, and he’s one of the best Senators. He voted against the Iraq War. If every Senator had done that, thousands and thousands of people who were killed in Iraq would still be alive. Also, Iraq wouldn’t be full of depleted uranium.

5. Any list that doea not include |
|
Cornyn, Santorum, Brownback or Stevens as "Worst" is not at all credible.
John Kyl is a twit. Not as bad as Brownback but he's still pretty bad.

6. Ah, more media fellation of McCain |

What, exactly, has McCain done in the past four years? Besides engage in orgies with the media talking heads? Maybe that's why he's on the list. :eyes:
The fact that John Kerry and Russ Feingold are absent from that list invalidates it. Six Republicans and four Democrats? IS there a Republican alive anymore who is more than just a Bsuh rubber-stamp? Didn't think so.
Edit: Maybe they filled their "librul" quota with Kennedy and Durbin, because God forbid conservatives be underrepresented on such a list. :eyes:

8. What kind of worthless list is this? |
|
Edited on Mon Apr-17-06 09:45 PM by fujiyama
TIME has gone to hell.
As you'd expect, they have 4 Dems and 6 Repukes for the "best senator" list. It's the media's idea of being "bipartisan".
Granted, Levin and Kennedy are there, which is good...but otherwise, meaningless.
