I looked up "feckless" in the dictionary last night. W's picture |

should be right along side the definition. I don't mean to suggest that his countenance ought not also grace the entry for "evil", "venal" or any other pejorative term you would prefer, but feckless seemed to capture the lazy, casualness that has distinguished this man-child's incompetence.There also seems to be an implication in the word of indifference to the damage done to the world around him. So, not to rule out others' favorite description of the little prince, I am referring to him as feckless for the foreseeable future.
