Bush at 33%
Did I hear this correctly just now on O'Riley. He said something to effect that a recent FOX news poll had Bush's approval rating down to 33%. It was his talking points on the subject of energy costs. He stated that the President has little to do with the cost of gas and the "we the people" should cut back on our usage. He wants us to "pull together." How interesting...in a time when the administration is heading a philosophy of greed and "I'm going to get mine."

I just have to shake my head.

33%...anyone else hear this???

3. See the poll at
www.foxnews.com

I only rarely watch O'Reilly but I find it fascinating that he has the nerve to suggest we pull together when he and right wing Fox minions have spent the last many years demonizing liberals and dividing this country.

to new buyers of humvees and gas guzzlers? And how Cheney assured us that conserving was not neccessary?

16. I remember when gas crept up from like $1.20 to $1.50
and the GOP was blaming Clinton. But all of a sudden it is not Bush's fault.

17. good source for all the polls
http://www.realclearpolitics.com/polls/

also - I like the BUSH-BE-GONE index...
http://www.stevemagruder.com/hub.php?section=foyer&tab=bbgindex

The following daily search engine poll seeks to determine the public mood with respect to the idea of getting President George W. Bush out of office through impeachment, resignation or some vague idea of removal. The higher the score, the greater the mood for Bush-be-gone.

2006-04-19 headline: index suddenly moving close to its record high from october. bush is apparently doing something lately to make the american people especially upset.
