Watching Fahrenheit 9/11 of Direct TV
The chimps limo being pelted with eggs as I type. Was it a dream??????????
Hell no, he's still President and the Decider! Oh my!
Great flick. Seen it a dozen or more times but I love the eggs! What a warm welcome and a great way to start his hellish reign of terror! Just sharing........

1. I still can't believe what Flint, Michigan looks like today
It seems we not only lost the Vietnam War, we also lost the "War On Poverty" at the same time as well.

5. I know.
In the commentary he does for the "Roger and Me" DVD, Michael Moore says that Flint is even worse now than when he did that film so many years ago. The city is completely bankrupt, and the state has taken it over. The city just never has been able to recover from all those GM layoffs.

When I was really young ,we lived there 3 years .My dad owned a Texaco station on Detroit st.I loved flint. It was safe and fun and i used to go to Kewpees and the vernors plant and woolworths on Sagiaw st.It was so safe I went downtown by myself on the bus and hung out all day!!!!Those were the best of times. We lived off court st and also on Dartmouth.I really miss those times!!!

12. I will never forget . . .
The reaction of the audience when I saw this in a theater. People laughed, they gasped, they groaned -- over a documentary. It was amazing. And this movie came before the Bush regime really started falling apart. I wonder how many people still think Moore is a kook.

I remember seeing it years ago. Now I have it on DVD too. I had forgotten its raw, unpolished power. Long live Michael Moore!
