Is the Bush Adm. Shake-up going to help?
His polls are still dropping. I just don't know what he could possible do - other than retire early - that would help.

I just think it's too late. Once you have lost your credibility it is just about impossible to get it back.

1. What shake-up?
they got rid of some loyalist sycophants and replaced them with some different loyalist sycophants, so I don't really see a big difference here.

9. Well, there is that aspect. Maybe that is why the numbers
just keep dropping.

2. I think it has nothing to do with preserving his ratings in the polls.
I think it is weeding out those who are saying "But George, we CAN'T go into Iran. You know, I want to as much as anybody, but we just don't have the juice."

Nobody says 'no' to the chimp.

10. Boy, I hope you are wrong on that one.
We don't need another war - for any reason.

The scary part is that Bush might do just what you suggest - because he just loves to start wars and prove how macho he is.

He is such a nerd.

5. I think, and hope, that everything that is happening is
because of Fitzgeralds investigation. I honestly think Rove is going to be indicted. They got rid of D.C. Scottie so the press can't pounce on them because of the way he spoke about all the lies and cover-ups. Who ever takes Scotties place, when question by the press, only has to say Scottie said that not me. I think the White House shake up has everythig to do with the C.I.A. leaks and Fitzgeralds investigation.

12. We can always hope!
I never understood what Scotty was doing up there anyway. He was horrible at that job.

7. Drop the MSM bullshit label...this is NOT a shakeup...
If Rove confessed to Fitz and was carted away in handcuffs...that would be a shake up.

If Rumsfeld resigned and outed Condi as a bi-racial love child between he a Rosa Parks..that would be a shake up.

If John Bolton, Wolfowitz, Jeb Bush, and Jerry Falwell were all beamed off the planet by aliens..that would be a shake up.

Switching one rich liar for another does not a shake up make.
