Please, need an authoritative answer to whether the Taiwan

Please, need an authoritative answer to whether the Taiwan
National Anthem was both announced and played yesterday instead of China's or if the correct music was played, but was introduced incorrectly? Posts last night said the former was the case but nothing I saw on the net today corroborated that.
