I don't think I've even heard his name mentioned for years!

Go look at how much he has raised for the election. It was a fairly high number that I have forgoten. I'll try to find a link for you.

7. amazed
I don't know WHO gives him money, but at opensecrets.org, they show him with more money than Kucinich. Which surprised me.

8. Visit DC - his cult is everywhere
The LaRouchies are true believers, I will give them that. Hey, I find the guy immensely entertaining, if more than a little scary. There is an undercurrent of violence associated with LaRouche.

11. late night loonie infomercial? then probably his
he's been running these for eons. First saw one when he was running in 1984... at first had charts, graphs, pointers and sounded reasonable... but then... sorta off. Had never heard of him before. Have seen too much (like his supporters regularly picketing capitol hill in the mid-eighties advocating quarantining all AIDS victims to a desert island) in the intervening years.

13. Missouri
He has been running radio ads heavily in St. Louis. He even had a 30 minute TV spot that ran on our CBS affiliate at 6:30 p.m.

His ads are mostly airing the most popular conspiracy theories here, and a few that I haven't even read here.
