Something to cheer you up from DePaul University Students For Wesley Clark |
|
Hey fellow Clark supporters, you can take joy from several different reports here.
1. I started DePaul University Students for Wesley Clark three weeks ago and we are up and running with a membership of about 20 without any major publicity. I expect a full van of us to go to Michigan this weekend and Wisconsin after that. 2. A person who supports who Kucinich came up to me yesterday and said "Yeah, it seems like DePaul is going for Clark" 3. A friend of mine who lives in Minnesota just said that she's made that she didn't make the Clark meetup last night but that she will be voting for Clark on her absentee ballot. 4. My sister and her boyfriend are die hard Clark supporters in Rhode Island now. 5. My mom said she was leaning towards Kerry, I told her to go to the Clark meetup last night in Appleton, WI and now she is passing out literature for Clark on Friday (and voting for him on the 17th). 6. Both Illinois for Clark and Wisconsin for Clark said that Clark has the biggest and best organization, Green Bay is supposed to be a 'lock' and we will be working on Milwaukee for the next 14 days. I know that he has been running ads in Wisconsin since the beginning of January.
Wisconsin, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Illinois! Let's keep this thing moving!

3. My two cents...(I'm not American).....the more one sees and listens to |
|
Clark, the more impressive he becomes....As a Canadian I would welcome his world-wise attitude and desire for better relations with America's former allies....And he can actually form coherent sentences, (as opposed to you know who in the White House.)...:)
