Correction: Rove did not receive a "target letter" as suggested in the original edition of this article; he received a letter calling him in for additional testimony.

I don't know how current this is; I'm now officially confused.

People go back to the grand jury more than once, twice, three times. It doesn't necessarily mean they're going to be indicted.
