If your state's primary or caucus doesn't take place until later, like mine, and if you don't support the current front-runner, you can help keep your primary/caucus meaningful by donating to the other candidates' campaigns. I just did so today--- $50 to Edwards and $50 to Clark.

I would like my state's primary to be more than window-dressing, and if you would like your state's primary to count, SEND MONEY to everyone who does not 'win big' today; alternatively, consider sending money to someone besides the front-runner who did win today, or who came in a close second

and it's nice to see you again. I dropped $100 on Dean's Come Back Bat last week. I probably can't donate to Edwards until after the TN & VA primaries (being a Clark supporter). If Clark pulls out, then Edwards will get a few bucks.

I agree that the longer the contest remains open, the better it is for the Democrats -- enthusiasm, media coverage and much Bush bashing. That said, I have no strong objections to John Kerry either.

Keep others in the race as Kerry could take a fall/hit and there should be someone in the wings to pick up the pieces.

By having a longer horserace we Democrats can have more time to monopolize the media attention and blast Bush. As soon as the race is over the media will go back to Bush propaganda 24/7.
