Would it be wrong for me to make an internet "attack ad" of my ReThug Rep?

(Rep. Phil Gingrey (R-GA))...an internet "attack ad" or just one that makes him look really stupid, from the footage of all the stupid stuff he said, last night, on "The Colbert Report?"

And would you like to help me write it? I can do the video editing, but I'm not much of a writer (I want a 30 second and maybe a 60 second spot)
