Jeff Gannon Caught on Tape
Police Search For Man Accused of Bestiality with Horse; Surveillance Tape Released

Image from Surveillance Video:

Police in St. Gabriel have released surveillance tape that appears to show a man engaged in bestiality with a horse. Police have asked 9NEWS to air portions of the tape in hopes they can identify the man.

St. Gabriel Police Chief Kevin Ambeau says in all his 20 years in law enforcement, he’s never come across a case like the one he’s investigating now. "We gotta catch this guy, he needs help," Ambeau says while shaking his head.

The owners of a local barn approached Chief Ambeau with surveillance video showing what appears to be a light haired young man engaging in sexual activities with a small horse. "What I saw on the tape, I still can't believe," Ambeau says.

The police investigation began about two months ago after the owners of the barn reported finding sexual paraphernalia in a horse stall, according to Ambeau. The chief says that’s when the owner put up two cameras and captured images of a slender, light skinned man walking between two stables.

"Always to the same animal," Ambeau observed. "On the tape, he was to the same animal performing sexual acts."

The video clearly shows the young man wearing either slippers or flip-flops. That leads the police chief to believe his suspect is a local. "I think he's in walking distance and I think once we show his face, somebody will give us a call and tell us where he is."

At Chief Ambeau’s request, WAFB 9NEWS brightened and stilled frames of video showing the man with the horse. WAFB 9NEWS chose not to show moving video of the man with the horse.

Ambeau asks that if you know who is in the pictures, that you call St. Gabriel Police at (225) 642-5222. If the man is caught, police say he'll be charged with crime against nature. If convicted, the suspect would face a fine of up to $2000 and up to five years in prison.

thinking that a human male penis is awfully, awfully small compared to a 1,400 pound (?) animals 'orifice' --

But the animal would be quite aware of how it was being used nonetheless.

9. A top or a bottom?
Gannon, the Bush White House male prostitue, who visited George Bush's White House over 200 times according to the official Secret Service records, claimed to be a "top" leaving the clear implication that the boys in the Bush White House were bottoms (whatever that means).

Edited on Thu Apr-27-06 10:34 AM by CottonBear
since they are prey animals.

I own a horse. They are beautiful animals but can easily hurt people, especially those who don't know anything about horses. They can be easily scared or startled and knock you down, step on you, kick you or bite you. A horse can kill you without meaning to do so. A stallion is unpredictable, event he msot calm and friendly ones. Mares are very, very smart. They lead the herd and they are very protective and sensitive.

This man is sick. :puke: He ought to be put away on animal cruelty charges. :puke:

41. The horse would notice
But if the horse had any objection, that guy would have had the shit kicked out of him.

Many if not most mares are hobbled when they are bred since kicking is all part of the "fun" and stallion owners aren't too thrilled with getting their prize stallion beat up during breeding. If that mare just stood and took this guy's penis, well, the guy wasn't doing anything too stressful for the mare (yes, I know, I know, the act was sick, the guy was sick and needs to be caught cause the whole thing is just wrong on so many levels so please don't flame me for that last comment).

In my experience, even experienced broodmares will object to a vet working on their genitalia so to have this mare just stand there...

The whole thing is just bizarre.

It just makes us here at DU look a little bit more stupid to just accuse someone because we don't like them. There is nothing in the report that says it's Gannon and last time I checked Gannon spends his time between DC and Wilmington DE - this is in Louisana.

Let's not stoop to their level with the false accusations

16. "We gotta catch this guy!" Uhm. Why, exactly?
Edited on Thu Apr-27-06 09:00 AM by Atman
I don't disagree for a minute that he's obviously got some pretty messed up sexual proclivities. But what do you need to "catch this guy" for? To stop the trespassing? Are the horses being traumatized? I think this guy is fucked up, big time, but I also know that this type of "weirdness" has been around forever, and is even part of our pop-culture. Just the other night on a CBS sit-com, a character, having had a particularly embarassing relationship go awry, looked to the heavens and shook his fist at God and said "I watch one donkey porn movie and you do this to me!" This stuff has been legendary bachelor-party fare since the advent of film. And don't get me started on the weird shit you'll find on the web or, *gasp* USENET.

Now, don't get me wrong, I've got no dog in this fight. Or pony. I just don't see why this needs to be placed atop the police departments "most wanted" list. Are they operating on the fear that the man will come for their pets next? Or that Rick Santorum might get a woody? What exactly is the problem here that warrants a "WE MUCH CATCH THIS GUY!"?

Catch some criminals, for goodness sake. This guy, well...I have a feeling he'll get his, one way or another, in the end. Watch yer back, buddy! That stallion over there has a swishy tail!

First, Bestiality is a crime in most states...

Second, Trespassing is a crime.

Breaking and entering (the barn) is a crime.

Finally, most states still have laws against using somebody else's horse without permission. ;)

27. Well, I did point out the trespassing part.
But it wasn't clear he was committing a B&E. Most barns aren't really locked up tight anyway. And, while I realize bestiality is a crime in most states, so are half of our "normal" sexual activities, but I hardly think that demands we start kicking down doors.

I guess I can see the concern for the horse's well-being, though. Poor horse!

"But it wasn't clear he was committing a B&E. Most barns aren't really locked up tight anyway."

What a load of shit! I live in East Tennessee, in the 4th smallest COUNTY in the state. I'm 12.5 miles from town & 4 miles from the closest corner store. I have 12.5 acres on top of a hill, one way in and out and maybe 8 other homes around me (3 of which I own and rent out besides the one I live in) .... I havent locked the doors to my house in 3 years and do not intend to start now! Does this mean that anyone has a right to just come enter my home just because "it isn't locked up tight anyways"??? I think not, and I have a surprise for anyone who tries! Locks only serve to keep an honest person honest, they don't stop a thief.

I would be furious if I found out someone was sexually molesting/raping an animal that belonged to me. There is just no excuse.

Although, now that I think about it, given the obvious risks of such an endeavor, I wonder if we won't be seeing this fellow receiving a Darwin Award in the not-too-distant future.

21. Sick, sick, sick. They need to move the horse, or lock up the barn better.
The man is obviously very disturbed, but the horse should not remain in a place where this abuse can continue. The owner should install automatic flood lights, an alarm system, or something to prevent this from happening again.

No doubt this must be very upsetting to the horse...

Bizarre Sex Habits of The Extreme Right-Wing
Reported by Ellen - May 06, 2005
Last night, anti-abortion extremist Neal Horsley was a guest on The Alan Colmes Show, a FOX News radio program. The topic was an interesting one - whether or not an internet service provider should allow Horsley to post the names of abortion doctors on his website. Horsley does that as a way of targeting them and one doctor has been killed. In the course of the interview, however, Colmes asked Horsley about his background, including a statement that he had admitted to engaging in homosexual and bestiality sex.

At first, Horsley laughed and said, "Just because it's printed in the media, people jump to believe it."

"Is it true?" Colmes asked.

"Hey, Alan, if you want to accuse me of having sex when I was a fool, I did everything that crossed my mind that looked like I..."

AC: "You had sex with animals?"

NH: "Absolutely. I was a fool. When you grow up on a farm in Georgia, your first girlfriend is a mule."

AC: "I'm not so sure that that is so."

NH: "You didn't grow up on a farm in Georgia, did you?"

AC: "Are you suggesting that everybody who grows up on a farm in Georgia has a mule as a girlfriend?"

NH: It has historically been the case. You people are so far removed from the reality... Welcome to domestic life on the farm..."

Colmes said he thought there were a lot of people in the audience who grew up on farms, are living on farms now, raising kids on farms and "and I don't think they are dating Elsie right now. You know what I'm saying?"

Horsley said, "You experiment with anything that moves when you are growing up sexually. You're naive. You know better than that... If it's warm and it's damp and it vibrates you might in fact have sex with it."
