3. The solution is simple

Remove John Bolton from the UN in order to make the actions of that body trustworthy and not reflective of just US interests. Replace him with a respected figure who is a trusted arbiter of the peace, but also is known for not being 100% a dove.

Engage in direct talks with Iran and assure them that as long as their intentions are civil and they are willing to prove that, then we wil encourage their program by helping to negotiate deals for nuclear fuel and infrastructure construction (delivering the power to the people of Iran).

Meanshile, get the hell of out of Iraq and remove George W. Bush from office.

Lastly, use our new connections and Iran's dependence on our continual goodwill to encourage them to make that final jump to a more liberalized society. They were halfway there until the King of Moranistan took office and rattled sabers at them.
