The Rush Limbaugh Law for Drug Rehabilitation

I propose that Democrats in the House and the Senate propose a bill to be called The Rush Limbaugh Law for Drug Rehabilitation, which law would guarantee those arrested for a drug crime have at least one chance to clear their record, with no jail time and no criminal conviction. One "now don't let that happen again" per person.

Use his name and likeness to promote tolerance and understanding of drug users like Mr. Limbaugh.
