SO there I am having breakfast at 22nd st & Broadway sitting at a table on the sidewalk enjoying some eggs and an english Muffin, when this bus pulls up. And look at the sign... Isnt that bus from Russ Fiengolds state? LOL. Wisconsin, In the HOUSE !

This is the best picture I took, that shows the shear size of the crowd, Looking back up Broadway. Look carefully, as far as the eye can see.... people marching......Thats about 30 or 40 city blocks worth.

I lived there for 10 years -- still miss it.

And what always amazes me is how BushCo has managed to use THAT city -- a city that never voted for him, in 2000 or 2004 -- in hypocritical leverage to frighten people in Idaho and Wyoming etc...

As Stephen Colbert sarcastically said after the 2004 election, in which NYers overwhelmingly voted for John Kerry to ensure their safety, "Thank you for saving us from ourselves."
