I think the corporations are going to get the last laugh here. Because these immigrants are the ones being exploited with cheap labor and no benefits. If Bush and the GOP push through their immigration reform, it will only cement this class of slave labor.
I think the corporations want the illegals here and they want them to protest. Because they think it will drive down wages across the board.
Maybe I am looking at this wrong, but I just see the corporations benefitting the most out of this.

I completely stand by the immigrants fighting for human and civil rights, but I do think its sad the corporatists are backing them (for horrible reasons).
