Poll question: Who should host The White House Correspondents' Dinner Next Year?
How can they possibly outdo themselves next year?

Who could possibly top what we saw Saturday night with Stephen Colbert?

My vote is for David Cross.

How about you?

1. That depends on how offended they want to be?
I personally want Lewis Black or Margaret Cho.... just for shock value.

4. Had to vote for Sarah. Hometown girl.
One of my daughter's high school friends.
BTW, she abhors Bush**.
No big surprise, I guess.

6. I'm guessing some of you guys voting for Lewis Black don't know...
1) How much David Cross hates Bush.
2) That David Cross included a routine on the "Rock Against Bush" DVD that he recorded in Texas, while Bush's popularity was at it's highest.
3) Lewis Black wrote the forward in Larry the Cable Guy's book.

I still love Lewis Black... but that last bit lost him enough Ian-Points to give David Cross the lead in my personal book.

I would have voted for Janeane but was afraid she would rant more, be funny less.

9. To be "fair and balanced", the media whores would probably want David Duke
or Bob Jones or a Hitler impersonator - a "serious" one, not a "spoof".

Just like there is the Democratic TRUTH and REPUKE LIES - gotta give both sides equal time!
