Senate votes 77-21 for spending bill. Senate needs 66 to override a veto. Brilliant statergery.

Bush knows his government really well. He was nothing other than
a civics junkie in school. He also loved english, and it's apparent he took lots of speech classes.

He was especially fond of the story about Benjamin Franklin chopping down the Cherry tree and not lying about it. He really took that story to heart.

:sarcasm:

5. Override a Veto?
Doesn't that compromise the power of the "unitary executive"?
