So Rove is supposed to find out if he is indicted within the next week |
|
Do we think he will be? Part of me -the happy part :)-thinks he will be. But part of me wonders that if he was why the holdup? Why next week? Why not last month? Or today? I have to admit I am an amateur when it comes to courts, lawyers, grand jury, etc. Does anyone have any ideas?

...when the story came out it was presented as "he won't know for the next week to ten days," but I don't think there's a set deadline to inform him of anything.
While I can't read Fitz's mind, I've got to believe he's smart enough to know that Rove is one slippery snake...and, as such, he probably won't his time and the taxpayers' money handing down an indictment unless he knows he can make it stick.
Just my guess.

2. I think early October would be a great time for |
|
Fitz to drag the fascist out of court in handcuffs. Then the DNC could run an ad just showing a still picture.

3. Just like the DNC ran a picture of Bush sitting in a classroom doing |
|
nothing on 9/11. I dont trust the DNC to capitalize on any situation. They will just listen to their consultants. Sorry for the negativity, but I am sick of the pansy ass attitude of the DNC

5. I feel your pain, believe me |
|
I remember one of those talking heads shows on CNN a couple years back. The republican said they were anxious to use bush's picture on the aircraft carrier in the 04 election. The democrat said we are too.

4. Trying to remember how Fitzie did it here in Illinois |
|
but IIRC, news media received word of press conference announcing former Gov's indictment and within a couple of hours he read the indictment (similar to Libby). A couple of days before, the newshounds were buzzing like crazy that it was coming down and would be an indictment but noone knew for sure.
It was the activities of Fitzgerald that had them sniff something was about to happen; it wasn't through leaks though.

8. See, they are trying to be smooth about it |
|
I did notice that Mr. Rove was slyly being demoted. I am sure it has somthing to do with his "personal life." The point is that we, those that pay attention, should not let it happen. We who pay attention should call it out.

9. If they can find a judge to record the indictment with all of the shit |
|
down. Hookergate and what not, those judges are going to be busy dealing with a lot of corrupt Republicans. That grand jury just may have to sit tight for a day or two until a judge can get to them.
