at this time. If you had access, you'd find the charge in a criminal record search.

If he makes it through his 18 months, it will all go away.

For instance, if he got stopped for a DUI within the next 18 months, and the cops pulled up his record, they'd see his drug charges listed there.

..he was taken into custody...and anyone who's buying the baloney that he wasn't, or "won" his case is laughably mistaken....there are actually press releases going around about it was a "technicality" that he "voluntarily" went in to be booked, mugged, finger printed, and charged.", that aint voluntary, that's being ordered to per orders of the court.

And what about the thirty thousand dollarini restitution agreed to? Guys that are let off the hook don't have to punkle up $30k in court costs..

He took the plea out cuz it was in his best interest to do so. My personal opinion is that the prosecutor was holding some high card as a trump, which if revealed publicly, would'a caused considerably more embarrassment to ol Rushbo than taking the lesser charge he copped to and the diversion program.

He has been charged and arrested. It's just that his case is on hold as long as he meets his probation/piss test requirements for 18 months.

I know everyone thinks rush got off easy, but in Florida, this is pretty standard for a first offense.
