Many of you know the tale of fallen glass door on toe... I took the last of my property out of the store today, (no I am not an employee), but they have instructed their employees NOT to talk to us

You see... if places were reversed the lawsuit would have been filed by now... so of course they are expecting us to file, never mind all I need to know is... DO YOU HAVE LIABILITY INSURANCE? Why? My medical (thankfully I have it) will sooner or later ask... and we need to know to know who becomes primary.

Now they are dodging and weaving and now I am taking the next step.... the every so popular letter... asking the same question, to be sent via registered and certified mail. Now if they do not answer... anybody KNOW a good liability lawyer?

Oh and anecdotally we believe they are operating the bidness with no insurance.

(Maybe it is time to call OSHA)

Why am I bothering with this tale here? Folks this is a microcosm of the RW. They truly do NOT believe in personal responsibility.

not having the damn insurance or making that extremely large bidness (relatively speaking) an LLC...
