Has Shrub's incompetence/illegal spying given immunity to all Fed |

criminals?
Get charged with a Federal crime, subpeona your NSA records and require the gov't to prove they didn't come by the evidence without warrants.
They would have to prove that they are within the law or refuse to comply citing National security.
You've been denied a fair trial and right to confront your accuser, case dismissed.
(OK DU lawyers, this is me thinking on keyboard from HS Civics class - care to weigh in here?)

yes you do. You're likely to find there are not as many people able to connect dots as you travel down life's path. Cling dearly to your ability to do so. Nurture your skill with good critical thinking and decent research, lest you be overwhelmed by balls of tin foil ;)
Keep on thinkin, kid. You are on to something.
edited to add: seems everything the neocon junta does is a step in making life better for major criminals.

According to historical anecdote, Hoover gave RFK illegally gained wiretaps on the Mafia knowing he was avid to learn of threats against the Kennedys. Hoover maliciously excised all those comments from the tapes and RFK sat their for hours.
"OK boys, the AG is listening to warrantless wiretaps so anything goes." Or words to that effect. This was not only blackmail but legal cover, probably one he knew no one would dare require anyway. It was never tested probably so much as legislated against during the reaction against those years.
Once the law is broken and the bleeding is never stopped, it all goes.
