A Congress that refuses to oversee invites corruption.... |
|
Edited on Mon May-15-06 11:56 AM by kentuck
That is the bottom line. If this Republican Congress had exercised oversight over this White House, we wouldn't be discussing spying on Americans and journalists and everyone else that might be considered a threat to their "agenda". It's been a perfect storm with an incompetent Congress, an over-zealous and power hungry executive branch, and more or less timid opposition. Now we are faced with the corruption that absolute power brings when no one is watching...
The first thing that has to be done is to get rid of the Republican Congress. Then we try to get to the bottom of all the law-breaking and lies.

1. How to change Congress |
|
While we may not be able to elect a new President this year, we can secure a new congress. This year the nation's political tide will be affected by local congressional races. It is crucial for as all to support such races in "pivotal" battlegrounds. This year, one such state is New Mexico.
Please do what you can to support local races this year. If you have the time, visit www.pac505.com to learn about the New Mexico race.
