Everyone with a dog n this fight ought to spend an hour in Nogales or Tijuana t the legitimate crossing-and see what goes on there. It's an incredible eye-opener.

I've visited Nogales many times and watching the crossing is an incredible education in desperation and ingenuity.

I still get rattled thinking about it and that was over 10 years ago.
