The National Guardsmen appear to be destined for active duty until they hit 20 years. Bush is insane.

9. What in God's name is the regular Army for?

We're sending National Guard troops to fight overseas, do disaster recovery, and now border patrolling. Is Bush punishing the National Guard because nobody liked him back when he kind of served with them?
