OK....were gonna send down six thousand troops as logistics support on three week rotations to free up Border Patrol Troops from clerical/support positions....That means that fresh troops can be trained IN LESS THAN A WEEK....Were doing this so we can have 8000 fully trained border patrol on the line in two years???If 6000 are going to do clerical work ANYHOW-why do they need "full training"....over 2 years (52x2=104 divided by 3=33 2/3) we will train (33 2/3x6000=202,000) 202K people to do clerical and support border patrol tasks to get a net gain of 2000 more ACTUAL patrollers??? This plan sounds like something planned by Kramer on "Seinfeld"...."Yeah ,Jerry, but we'll make it all up on volume...." Sad our government has come to this...

These are jobs that ought to be in the private sector if they are actually necessary. Remember all those people who don't have j-o-b-s because they have been out-sourced. You don't use the Guard to do construction, transportation and clerical work. What clerical work?
